Hi I'm Aaron, I was born in 1977 and raised in Southern California.
When I was about 17 I started learning computers and getting very involved with technology. Not long after; I began fixing my own computer after experiencing problems with it. It wasn't long before I was helping family and friends with their computers and teaching them how to use it them. By the age of 18 it was time for me to have my own company and take my love for computers mainstream. That was when I began this profession and made it my career.
A lot of time has past since I started and I have learned a lot about how people value their computers for various reasons. Helping others has shown me a lot about society that no other job could have. I enjoy my job and always look forward to meeting new people and challenges...I should mention that I cover a very wide service area. Some days I will drive from Santa Monica to Palm Springs or Barstow to Laguna Niguel. That much driving did get to me at first since I wasn't use to it. But now it's nothing. It's just part of the job. When I'm not busy I keep up with the changes in technology and take time to travel and relax.
My services include: computer repairs, upgrades, home & office networking, tutoring, data backup and recovery, virus & spyware removal and the list goes on.
Since 2007 I started offering remote support which has allowed me to expand my services worldwide... and not only on PC/Windows but also on Apple/MAC computers. In fact when I began offering remote appointments I could not find a method to help my Apple/MAC customers. Therefore, I designed the first and only remote support software for OSX. So whether you're a Windows or MAC user I have all the tools to get the job done.
